Mirlan Bakirov comments on his resignation as Vice Speaker

There are other MPs who deserve to hold this post, he added.
Onuguu-Progress faction nominated Ulanbek Ismailov for Vice Speaker.
Opposition Ata Meken faction planned to nominate Nurbek Sydygaliev for this vacant post.
