Major repair of Tokmok hospital nears completion

AKIPRESS.COM - The major repair of the hospital in Tokmok nears completion, hospital director Baktygul Isaeva said.
Refurbishment started on July 28.
The hospital will have 216 beds. It will receive patients with coronavirus.
"12 patients with coronavirus remain in the territorial hospital, 4 of them have PCR confirmed COVID-19 and 8 have pneumonia. Few patients visit the hospital now. Hohsehold visits are also made by medical workers to identify new infections. Mobile teams work as well," she said.
Tokmok mayor Daniyar Amangeldiev said the epidemiological situation is stable in the town. The control over observance of mask requirement was tightened.
Local markets are regularly disinfected. Business entities are checked in terms of compliance with COVID-19 protocols, the mayor said.
