Health Insurance Fund allocates over 180 million soms for purchase of medicines

AKIPRESS.COM - The Compulsory Health Insurance Fund allocated 180.6 million soms for purchase of medicines to prepare for the second coronavirus wave in the upcoming cold season.
The healthcare organizations have purchased medicines aready, including in Bishkek for 45.3 million soms, Osh region for 45.2 million soms, Jalal-Abad region for 39.7 million soms, Naryn region for 13.7 million soms, Batken region for 12.3 million soms, Issyk-Kul region for 10.4 million soms, Chui region for 10.7 million soms, Talas region for 3.2 million soms.
The reserve of medicines is created in case epidemiological situation worsens in the country.
The purchased medicines included antipyretic medicines, aspirin, antibiotics, anesthetic drugs, Ringer's solution, oral rehydration solutions.
