Powerful mudflow hits Arstanbap of Jalal-Abad region

AKIPRESS.COM - Powerful mudflow struck Arstanbap, Ala-Buka district of Jalal-Abad region at around 3.00 p.m of July 16, the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported. The mudflows were caused by a heavy rain.
Four houses, yards of 12 houses were flooded, walls of 2 houses were destroyed, local road and bridges were damaged.
Rescuers and locals started clearing immediately. The debris flow was diverted into opposite direction from houses. The flooded houses were cleared. Two families whose house walls were destroyed moved to their relatives.
Clearing will continue today.
