Kyrgyzstan has 1.4 million masks, 98,405 respirators - Government says

AKIPRESS.COM - Personal protective equipment is the main issue on the agenda of the nation-wide operative team for coronavirus prevention, said the Deputy Prime Minister Aida Ismailova at the briefing on May 8.
According to her, the stocks of protective equipment are replenished daily.
- Disposable protective gear - 52,886;
- Non-disposable protective gear - 19,524;
- Respirators - 98,405;
- Masks -1.4 million.
188 million soms were allocated to health facilities for the purchase of protective equipment through the Compulsory Health Insurance Fund.
"40,000 protective kits were purchased through the epidemiological fund," she said.
