Mass coronavirus infection recorded in National Maternity and Childhood Protection Center in Bishkek

AKIPRESS.COM - The mass coronavirus infection was recorded in National Maternity and Childhood Protection Center in Bishkek, where the children, their mothers and health workers tested positive for coronavirus.
According to the Health Ministry, a patient who had previously received treatment in the hematology department had a coronavirus.
All hospital's patients and medical workers had undergone PCR tests for coronavirus, as a result 7 people tested positive, including 2 children, 3 mothers and 2 health workers.
The rest of 20 employees, 13 children and 7 mothers in the hospital tested negative. They will stay under observation for 14 days.
Health Ministry noted that the hospital will continue admit patients after disinfection.
