Irrigation plants for $50 million to be built in Almaty

AKIPRESS.COM - Mayor of Almaty Bakytzhan Sagintayev and Vice President of the American Valmont Industries company agreed to build an irrigation plant in the city of Almaty for $50 million, LS reported referring to the municipality. The project will be implemented in the industrial zone of the city.
At a moment, 43 companies launched works on projects in the industrial zone. Among them is creation of 9 new factories with the foreign investment. According to the report, the total investments amount to 18 billion tenge. More than 6.7 thousand people are provided with jobs.
