Ambassador of Kazakhstan presents credentials to Denmark Queen

AKIPRESS.COM - Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Sweden and in parallel to Denmark Kairat Abdrakhmanov on December 17 handed over credentials to Queen of Denmark Margrethe II, the Foreign Ministry of Kazakhstan reports.
Upon completion of the ceremony, the head of state congratulated the Kazakhstanis on the Independence Day.
During the talks, the sides discussed deepening of various areas of cooperation between Kazakhstan and Denmark.
The queen mentioned the ancient history and culture of Kazakhstan and the two reviewed some aspects of bilateral relations in cultural and humanitarian spheres.
Margrethe II wished the diplomat successful and fruitful work in favor of development of bilateral ties.
Abdrakhmanov then met with Deputy Foreign Minister of Denmark on foreign policy issues Lisbet Zilmer Johns and other officials.
Kazakhstan exports mineral products and imports products of chemical and food industry, machinery and equipment from Denmark.
Bilateral trade between the two countries amounted to $60 million in January-September 20019.
