Government of Kyrgyzstan approves amendments to double taxation agreement with India

AKIPRESS.COM - The government of Kyrgyzstan approved ratification of the amendments to the Agreement with the Government of India on avoidance of double taxation and prevention of tax evasion dated 13 April 1999 signed on 14 June 2019 in Bishkek. The conclusion of the Government of Kyrgyzstan to the Protocol on Amendments to the Agreement was also approved.
The Agreement on Avoidance of Double Taxation defines the rules of differentiation of the rights of each contracting parties on taxation of subjects of one oarty having the object of taxation in the other party.
