10 million som allocated for examination and treatment of oak disease in 2017

AKIPRESS.COM - Oak trees in Bishkek go yellow and fall off in summer and the municipality can not resolve this problem, MP Marat Amankulov said at the SDPK part session.
According to Director of the Department of the Forestry Nurlan Jumayev, 9 million som have been allocated for examination and treatment of oaks in Bishkek in 2017.
The parliamentarians asked about the results of these money.
Jumayev said that the treatment should ba carried out every year, otherwise, there is no any affect.
"The leaves are damaged by profenusa pygmaea. The treatment is needed every year," he said.
MP Isa Omurkulov noted that the problem of diseased trees is not only a problem of Bishkek only and urged the government to take measures.
