State Personnel Service reveals law violations in Kara-Balta mayor’s office and local council

AKIPRESS.COM - The State Personnel Service revealed law violations in the spheres f state civil service and labor legislation in the mayor's office and local council of Kara-Balta town. The violations on the issues of payment of compensations, shortages on terms of holding open contest, violations of evaluation procedures of employees activities and rotation were revealed in Kara-Balta mayor's office.
Kara-Balta local council violated the deadlines for holding open contest and untimely issuing of an order for appointment to the post, insufficient work on the development of municipal employees and etc.
The State Personnel Service's working commission gave relevant recommendations on eliminating the revealed law violations in the field of municipal service on the basis of monitoring results.
