2 unpublished novels of Chingiz Aitmatov now published

AKIPRESS.COM - 2 unpublished novels of writer Chingiz Aitmatov were published, the National Academy of Manas and Aitmatov said.
The novel Whirlwind was published in 1986 only in Tajik magazine Pamir. The film Whirlwind based on the novel was released by Tajik film director Bako Sadikov.
Another novel Snow and Gold is unfinished. "But the novel is so well written that even if it's unfinished, it is very impressive," the Academy wrote.
According to the president of the National Academy Topchubek Turgunaliyev, the writer's family handed manuscript of the unfinished novel.
Writer's son Eldar Aitmatov said there are several other unfinished writings of his father. "We would like to clarify and arrange these works and then publish them," he said.
