100 electric buses to be purchased in Nur-Sultan for 18 billion tenge

AKIPRESS.COM - The Astan LRT capital transport company has concluded a contract on purchase of 100 low floor electric buses Yutong for Nur-Sultan, Informbureau reported.
The winner of the state procurement was selected by the JSC BRK-Leasing.
One bus costs 146.7 million tenge. The electric buses will be leased for 7 years. According to the agreement, the contractor will have to supply buses for the Astana LRT within 6 months, however, mayor Altai Kulgin earlier promised that the new electric buses will be running across the capital city by the end of this year.
The total cost of the state procurement amounted to 17.94 billion tenge, including 3.27 billion tenge remuneration amount for the supplier.
