Parliament’s Relevant Committee endorses proposed candidate for post of education minister

Bishkek, Sept.9, 2019. /Kabar/. The Jogorku Kenesh’s Committee on Social Affairs, Education, Science, Culture and Health endorsed the candidacy of Kanybek Isakov for the post of Minister of Education and Science.
Isakov serves as Rector of Osh State University since 2011.
Deputy Prime Minister Altynai Omurbekova presented the candidate to the Committee.
He was nominated by Prime Minister Mukhammedkalyi Abylgaziev on Sept. 6 for the post of Minister of Education and Science.
Recall that, previous Minister Gulmira Kudaiberdiyeva resigned on Sept. 4.
