AKIPRESS.COM - JSC Unified Accumulative Pension Fund of Kazakhstan in June 2019 purchased stocks of the National Bank for 148.7 billion tenge, government - for 140 billion tenge, especially the U.S. - for 135.6 billion tenge, LS reports.
In addition, the Fund invested 38.2 billion tenge in Kazakhtelecom, 30 billion tenge - in the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, 20 billion tenge - in Baiterek holding and 11.2 billion tenge - in the Asian Development Bank of Kazakhstan.
The main share in the portfolio of the Fund makes goverment stocks of Kazakhstan, the cost of which within the reported month decreased by 3.23 billion tenge and amounted to more than 4 billion tenge. Their share in the portfolio made 40.31%, the Fund said.
The Fund noted that the current cost of government stocks of the foreign states in June 2019 fell by 85.19 billion tenge and amounted to more than 1.4 trillion tenge. Their share in the portfolio stood at 14.74%.
JSC 'Unified Accumulative Pension Fund' was established in August 22, 2013 on the basis of JSC ‘State Accumulative Pension Fund'.
The Government of Kazakhstan represented by Committee for State Property and Privatization of the Ministry of Finance is the founder and shareholder of the Unified Pension Savings Fund. The Fund is under trust management of the National Bank of Kazakhstan.
