New Ambassador of Turkmenistan to France delivers credentials to Macron

AKIPRESS.COM - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to France Shohrat Jumayev presented to his credential letters to President Emmanuel Macron, Turkmen foreign ministry said.
Diplomatic relations between Turkmenistan and France were established on March 6, 1992 following the signing of a declaration of friendship.
Trade between France and Turkmenistan stood at €131.3 million in 2016, up on 2015 (€81.9 million) but down sharply on 2014 (€211 million), according to official French data.
