Girl raped by father in Uzgen gives birth and abandons baby

The minor, raped by her father in Uzgen, gave birth to a boy. Director of the Crisis Center Ak Zhurok, Darika Asilbekova, told 24.kg news agency.
According to her, the victim of violence gave birth to the baby on April 5 in the Osh Regional Maternity Hospital, but abandoned the child.
"The girl is in the maternity hospital now. Relatives of the victim, like herself, abandon the newborn. The boy was born prematurely, his weight is just over 2.5 kilograms. After discharge from the maternity hospital, the girl will stay in the crisis center for some time," Darika Asilbekova told.
Recall, policemen conducted households visits and revealed the pregnant girl in Uzgen. It turned out that the teenager got pregnant after being raped by her own father, who suffers from a mental illness.
