School in Maksat village restored after destruction in border conflict

AKIPRESS.COM - Cabinet Chief Ulukbek Maripov today visited Maksat village, Leilek district as part of his working trip to Batken region. Ulukbek Maripov inspected the progress of construction of houses and social facilities damaged as a result of the conflict on the Kyrgyz-Tajik border on April 28-30, 2021.
Construction of 10 houses finished. 40 houses are 70% ready. 83 houses will be built in total.
The Cabinet Chief visited the school in Maksat village, which was destroyed.
"Reconstruction of the school is completed. The school is ready to open its doors for schoolchildren at start of academic year on September 1," Ulukbek Maripov said.
Construction of the Seitek kindergarten is 70% complete in Maksat village.
