AKIPRESS.COM - Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Japan Mirlan Arstanbaev has been appointed Ambassador to Australia, New Zealand, Philipines concurrently with residence in Tokyo.
The respective order was signed by President Sadyr Japarov, the president's press service reiorted on July 15.
