The responsible ministry should have thought about solving the problems from the very beginning. Let's take the last 5 months; it was tasked to analyze the work of water users associations. As of today, not a single proposal was made. There is a minimum of information on the implementation of the cluster mechanism in the regions. In general, the work of the Ministry of Agriculture is assessed as insufficient," Maripov said.
