AKIPRESS.COM - The majority of human casualties in Kyrgyzstan account for the drowned and those killed in road accidents, said Yrysbek Joldoshbayev, head of the Civil Protection and Rescue Department of the Emergency Situations Ministry, at a news conference. The cause of emergencies in the water is negligence of parents who leave children unattended near water and do not follow the rules prohibiting swimming.
He urged all adults to follow road and fire safety rules and take responsibility for the lives of their children.
