Kazakhstan recorded 1,120 new daily cases of coronavirus

AKIPRESS.COM - Kazakhstan has recorded 1,120 new daily cases of the coronavirus infection, the Health Ministry said on June 11. Nur-Sultan recorded 205 new cases, Karaganda region - 173, Almaty city - 137, East Kazakhstan - 88, West Kazakhstan - 86 cases. 63 new cases were confirmed in Atyrau region, 55 - in Almaty region, 50 - in Akmola region, 47 - in Mangistau region, 40 - in Shymkent city, 37 - in Pavlodar region, 35 - in Kostanay region, 32 - in Zhambyl region, 21 - in North Kazakhstan region, 20 - in Aktobe region, 18 - in Kyzylorda region, and 13 - in Turkestan region.
399,096 cases total were confirmed Kazakhstan since the start of the pandemic.
1,656 people have recovered from the coronavirus infection bringing total recoveries to 374,070.
Twelve people died of coronavirus in 24 hours, no fatal cases were reported from coronavirus-pneumonia. In total, since the beginning of the pandemic 4,136 people died of coronavirus and 3,400 of covid pneumonia in Kazakhstan.
