AKIPRESS.COM - The number of accidents at sites with Safe City cameras in Bishkek decreased by 25%, said traffic police deputy Imanaly Sarkulov.
Cameras were installed in 48 spots of Chui region. "In general, the number of accidents there has decreased by 50%," he said.
MP Burun Amanova asked why it is proposed to reduce size of traffic tickets.
"We conducted an analysis and reduced the amount of tickets for certain traffic violations. The rest will remain the same," Sarkulov answered.
