Esen Momunkulov becomes Honorary Consul of Ukraine

AKIPRESS.COM - Esen Momunkulov has become Honorary Consul of Ukraine.
He was handed the letters patent of a consul in the Embassy of Ukraine in Kyrgyzstan on June 7.
Esen Momunkulov used to work in the International Organization for Migration, was translator, entrepeneur, worked in the Prime Minister's Office, Investment Promotion Agency. He was adviser to Prime Minister Sapar Isakov.
