Tajikistan put up container on undelimited border section in Chon Alay - Tashiev

AKIPRESS.COM - The State National Security Committee Chairman and the head of the governmental commission for border delimitation, Kamchibek Tashiev, commented on the incident in Unzhu-Bulak area in Chon Alay district on the border with Tajikistan.
Tashiev said Unzhu-Bulak border area is not delimited, he said.
"Some 1,120 ha of land in that area is not delimited. According to the maps of 1924, 1989 this area is shown as their territory. But we have not recognized this yet. We explain this area was not delimited," Tashiev said.
However, the Tajik side put up a container in not delimited border zone.
"Our post is on the territory of Kyrgyzstan. The land between our posts is not delimited. They make attempts lately to intrude into not delimited area and utilize land. The same thing has happened today," Kamchibek Tashiev said.
