Kyrgyz Parliament passes bill on return of electoral deposit in case of annulment of election results

AKIPRESS.COM - The Parliament of Kyrgyzstan passed the amendments to the law on presidential and parliamentary elections in the 3rd reading on June 3. The amendments were authored by MP Ulugbek Ormonov.
The bill regulates return of the electoral deposits to presidential candidates and political parties running in parliamentary elections when election results are cancelled.
