Smuggling of nicotine pouches worth 600,000 soms foiled

AKIPRESS.COM - Customs and border officers prevented the smuggling of nicotine pouches.
A citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic A.J. was detained at the Mamay border crossing point carrying 20 boxes (2,400 units) of nicotine pouches on a motor vehicle.
Tobacco products were imported from Uzbekistan without any appropriate shipping documents without customs declaration.
The cost of goods was 600 thousand soms, and the preliminary amount of due customs payments was 206,400 soms.
