Tengiz Bolturuk proposed as Kumtor's external manager: Japarov

MP Ormonov said that since the president signed the law, it should be put into operation quickly. "Kumtor should not be left without supervision or will Tengiz Bolturuk be an external manager?" he asked.
"To avoid conflict of interests, Tengiz Bolturuk is resigning as member of the board of directors of Centerra Gold Inc. If you approve the draft resolution of the parliament today, then he will be appointed to work from today," chairman of the commission Akylbek Japarov said.
