Foreign Minister Kazakbaev, Shaanxi Province Governor discuss interregional cooperation, Belt and Road Initiative

AKIPRESS.COM - Foreign Minister Ruslan Kazakbaev met with Shaanxi Province Governor Zhao Yide on the sidelines of the Second Central Asia-China Ministerial Meeting in Xi'an.
Cooperation between the regions of Kyrgyzstan and Shaanxi Province in trade, e-commerce, healthcare, education, humanitarian exchanges, tourism, export of agricultural products, attraction of investors from Shaanxi Province were discussed at the meeting.
The sides noted importance of established twin region relations between Chui region of Kyrgyzstan and Shaanxi Province, twin city relations between Osh and Xi'an, Moscow district and Yangling Agricultural Hi-tech Industries Demonstration Zone, but also establishment of new twin city relations.
Cooperation between regions will facilitate advancement of China's Belt and Road Initiative, the sides said.
