Kyrgyzstan vaccinates almost 43,000 against COVID-19

AKIPRESS.COM - Some 42,972 were vaccinated against COVID-19 by the morning of May 10, including 11,712 vaccinated in Bishkek, State Sanitary and Epidemiological Control Department Vice Chief Ainagul Riskulbekova told a briefing. 5,900 of total 11,712 vaccinated in Bishkek received Sputnik V vaccine, the rest received Sinopharm vaccine, she said.
481 were administered the second dose of Sinopharm vaccine.
No complications and lethal outcomes were registered.
11,717 people vaccinated in Bishkek include 1,789 medical workers, 394 school teachers, 4,063 people above 65 years, 423 public servants, 179 law enforcers, 4,856 others.
