Crimes against the vulnerable should be toughened: Japarov

Responsibility for such crimes should be toughened, he said. "That's why I instructed to prepare appropriate amendments to the law.
"At the same time, humanization of laws concerning petty crimes should continue. It is necessary to ensure that such crimes are properly classified by the investigation and the court," he said.
