Kyrgyz Parliament passes amendments on return of electoral deposits to parties in 2nd reading

AKIPRESS.COM - The Parliament of Kyrgyzstan passed the amendments to the law on parliamentary and presidential elections on April 21 in the second reading.
The amendments foresee return of electoral deposit to paries and candidates when elections are declared as invalid.
The amendments were initiated by MP Ulukbek Ormonov (Bir Bol).
