Policemen probed by GKNB after kidnapping and murder of Aizada Kanatbekova

AKIPRESS.COM - Criminal probe was launched against police officers following the high-profile abduction and murder of Aizada Kanatbekova earlier in April, General Prosecutor Kurmankul Zulushev said at a parliamentary session. The case is handled by the National Security Committee.
"The police officers have been punished, but their guilt needs to be found," he said.
Aizada Kanatbekova was kidnapped on April 5 and she was found dead in a car near Bishkek on April 7 together with the body of her abductor. Her relatives accused the police of negligence.
