"We'd rather lose our lives than give up our land" - Tashiev asks villagers to take that poster down

AKIPRESS.COM - Chairman of the National Security Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic Kamchybek Tashiev asked the villagers to remove the poster that reads "We'd rather lose our lives than give up our land." He met with residents of Yntymak village, Kara-Suu district of Osh region on April 19 to discuss land swap deals with Uzbekistan.
Border issues will be resolved peacefully, he said.
"There is no need to talk about losing life, take that poster down. There's no need to say that, there is no military action here. Hopefully everything will be solved through dialogue," he said.
