Japarov promises pay increase, improvement of work conditions for medical workers amid 3,000 vacant positions in national health system

AKIPRESS.COM - Main problems of medical workers, including pay increase and improvement of work conditions, will not be put aside by the state. Their realization will be a priority task, President Sadyr Japarov said during visit to hosptials in Bishkek and Chui region to inspect their preparedness for possible third coronavirus wave.
The government hopes to fill 3,000 vacant positions in national health care system with increase of salaries for medical workers and improvement of their work conditions.
Japarov said the work is conducted to ease access to mortgage lending, when doctors and teachers will receive access to soft loans to buy dwelling.
