President Japarov attends informal summit of Turkic Cooperation Council

AKIPRESS.COM - The informal summit of Turkic Cooperation Council was held in form of a video conference on March 31. The event was virtually attended by President Sadyr Japarov, first President of Kazakhstan and Honorary Chairman of Turkic Council Nursultan Nazarbayev, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliev, President of Turkey Recept Tayyip Erdogan, President of Kazakhstan Kasym-Jomart Tokayev, President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirzyiyoev.
Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban attended the event as observer, President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov partook in the video conference as guest of honor.
In his contribution President Sadyr Japarov talked about relevant aspects of regional and international policy, factors of strengthening of Turkic integration process.
Turkic leaders adopted Turkestan Declaration.
