Kyrgyzstan using China's Sinopharm coronavirus vaccine in started vaccination

AKIPRESS.COM - Vaccination against coronavirus infection has started in Kyrgyzstan today.
150,000 doses of China's Sinopharm vaccine arrived in Kyrgyzstan on March 19. This will suffice for vaccination of 75,000 people. This is inactivated vaccine, which can be stored in a standard refrigerator at 2-8 degrees Celsius. It is used in more than 55 countries.
The first stage of vaccination will cover Bishkek, Osh, Kant and Sokuluk village in Chui region.
Temporary vaccination centers with separate entrance and exit were opened. These centers will have a room for registration, a room for medical examination, vaccination room, a room for medical observation of vaccinated person for 30 minutes after shot.
Vaccination is voluntary.
The health authorities will keep in touch with the vaccinated person within 3 days. The Ministry of Health has developed application, where phone number of all vaccinated people will be stored to trace them in future.
