AKIPRESS.COM - The number of citizens above 18 years with valid passports made 3,825,605 as of February 18, the State Registration Service reported.
91% of citizens or 3,481,143 registered their biometric information.
Kyrgyzstan will have local council elections on April 11. Only those who registered their biometric information may vote in the elections, since Kyrgyzstan uses biometric voter identification.
