Kyrgyzstan may start vaccination against Covid-19 this week

AKIPRESS.COM - Vaccination against coronavirus infection may start this week in Kyrgyzstan, National Immunization Center Director Gulbara Ishenapysova said. Vaccination will start in Bishkek and Chui region, she said.
"We will begin vaccination against Covid-19 in Osh next week," she added.
150,000 doses of China's coronavirus vaccine Sinopharm arrived on March 19 in Kyrgyzstan. This will suffice for vaccination of 75,000 people. Vaccination will be voluntary.
Medical workers, teachers, social workers, border guards, police officers will be vaccinated first.
