AKIPRESS.COM - 15 workers of Alliance Altyn, developer of Jerooy gold mine, sought medical assistance on March 19 after they felt unwell.
"Emergency medical assistance was provided to medical workers. Samples were sent to Talas epidemiological and sanitary control department. The results will be delivered in the next few days," the company said.
The internal investigation was launched, the company said.
Condition of workers is satisfactory, it added.
The statement came after social media users reported about food poisoning of 18 Jerooy mine workers.
The workers were allegedly required not to report about the incident under threat of dismissal.
