AKIPRESS.COM - The external debt ratio to GDP of Kyrgyzstan has increased from 52% to 68%, World Bank Country Manager for the Kyrgyz Republic Naveed Hassan Naqvi told media representatives during the meeting.
The situation with the external debt is quite moderate, according to him.
The IMF is now holding consultations and will make an assessment based on these consultations this spring, he said.
According to him, the foreign debt is growing worldwide given the current situation.
