Kyrgyz Health Minister explains why he did not shake hands with his Uzbek counterpart during document exchange ceremony

AKIPRESS.COM - Minister of Health and Social Development of Kyrgyzstan Alymkadyr Beishenaliev told AKIpress why he did not shake hands with his Uzbek counterpart Abdukhakim Hadjibayev during the document exchange ceremony.
President Sadyr Japarov was on a state visit to Uzbekistan March 11-12, and Beishenaliev was among the delegation.
"According to protocol, we were supposed to exchange with the Agreements and that's it. All the ministers didn't shake their hands. The Uzbek Minister of Health seems to have forgotten about it. I told him we can't do it and didn't respond," he said.
