Berdimuhamedov sacks Deputy Prime Minister supervising oil and gas sector

AKIPRESS.COM - President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov dismissed Deputy Prime Minister Myratgeldi Meredov at the government meeting on February 11 for serious shortcomings in work, local media reported.
Meredov was replaced with Shakhym Abdrakhmanov, who held the post of Rector of the International University of Oil and Gas.
At the previous government meeting on February 2, Berdimuhamedov rebuked Myratgeldi Meredov for situation in oil and gas sector.
