Bishkek and Osh local council elections set for April 11

AKIPRESS.COM - President Sadyr Japarov has signed the order scheduling the local council elections.
Thus, the local council elections in Bishkek and Osh will be held on April 11.
The Central Election Commission will organize elections in line with the effective legislation.
The government will allocate funding necessary for organization and conduct of local council elections.
The previous executive order on local council elections in Batken, Jalal-Abad, Naryn, Issyk-Kul, Chui, Osh regions and Osh of February 10, 2020 was invalidated.
