AKIPRESS.COM - Kyrgyzstan needs to follow the Paris Agreement terms to attract investments, said representative of the Green Alliance.KG Arstan Kadyrov.
Since Kyrgyzstan signed and ratified the Paris Agreement in 2019, Kyrgyzstan must submit report on its contribution to the preservation of the environment.
Kadyrov adds that the climate agreement accumulated a $50 billion fund, which could attract investments to the country.
"After the environmental committee (the State Agency for Environmental Protection and Forestry) is disbanded, we will not receive anything from this fund," he said.
