Uzbekistan to attend meeting of EAEU intergovernmental council

AKIPRESS.COM - The meeting of the intergovernmental council of the Eurasian Economic Union will be held on February 5 in Almaty.
The Prime Ministers of Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Russia, Chairman of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission will attend the event, the Foreign Ministry of Kazakhstan said.
Representatives of Moldova, Uzbekistan and Cuba are expected to attend the event as observers.
The intergovernmental council will discuss expansion of trade and economic cooperation, removal of obstacles to functioning of the internal market, further integration in certain economic sectors.
The International Forum "Digital Future of Global Economy" will be held on the same day.
