Tajikistan re-permits collective prayers in mosques since Feb 1

AKIPRESS.COM - Mosques will reopen in Tajikistan since February 1. They are required to strictly observe all COVID-19 precautionary measures. Mosques remain closed in Tajikistan since April 18, 2020.
Believers were asked to pray at home until improvement of COVID-19 situation.
According to the Ministry of Health, no new coronavirus cases were registered for the past 15 days.
In his address to the nation on January 26, President Emomali Rahmon said Tajikistan has beaten COVID-19.
Around 4,000 mosques are registered in Tajikistan.
