Construction of small photovoltaic power plant starts outside Tashkent

AKIPRESS.COM - Construction of a 40 kW small photovoltaic power plant has started in Yukori-Chirchik district of Tashkent region outside Tashkent, the Ministry of Energy reported. This is a pilot project in introduction of energy saving technologies and development of renewable energy sources in the country.
The project is carried out by the Ministry of Energy, National Electric Grid of Uzbekistan with grant support from Korea Energy Agency.
