Parliament Committee approves Supreme Court judge's dismissal probed for illegal wealth

AKIPRESS.COM - The Constitutional Legislation and Governance Committee of the Parliament of Kyrgyzstan approved dismissal of Supreme Court judge Kamil Osmonaliev.
The dismissal should be now approved at the plenary session of the Parliament to become binding.
Kamil Osmonaliev was earlier detained by the Anti-Corruption Service of the State National Security Committee for illegal wealth.
The National Security COmmittee found out that Supreme Court judge Kanybek Osmonaliev purchased numerous properties, including luxury residences, apartments, cottages at Lake Issyk-Kul, luxury vehicles, commercial property in shopping centers.
