Remittances to Uzbekistan exceed $6 billion in 2020

AKIPRESS.COM - Remittances to Uzbekistan in 2020 amounted to $6.03 billion. This is $17 million or 0.3% increase compared to 2019, the Central Bank of Uzbekistan reported.
Money transfers made from Uzbekistan reached $1.2 billion, which is for $157 million or 15% more than in 2019.
The positive balance of money transfers reached $4.83 billion.
